In our efforts to keep rates low, meet the needs of the tournament, and stand behind the quality of our partner hotels, all out-of-area teams must stay in a PNQ partner hotel by booking their reservation through our official housing partner, Tournament Housing Services (THS).

2023 was a record-breaking year for our event – both in registration and hotel numbers. Although we are all excited for the growth, we want to take a moment to recognize that such growth comes at a cost. 

​

Our history shows that teams on average hold approximately 20% more rooms than they will end up booking. Because of this, many teams get "antsy" and worry that they aren't going to be able to books rooms.  If we feel that we need additional rooms, we may be an additional website where teams can book rooms that will satisfy the Stay to Play requirement.  Please note that this THIRD PARTY company may have additional rates, different deadlines, non-refundable stays, etc.  Please make SURE you are aware of the policies if you choose to use this method of reserving rooms for PNQ.  **At this time, this third party site is not activated.  Should things change, we will update this website and notify teams via email.

 

If you find that rooms are not immediately available through THS,  you can keep checking the THS/PNQ housing site, as it is live, so released rooms may pop up any time a group releases them.

Housing Requirements:

• Each out-of-area team must book a minimum of 4 rooms PER NIGHT through THS in order to be accepted into the event. 

• Each team must be registered and paid prior to booking rooms with THS.

• Each team must book a separate block of rooms and meet the 4-room per night minimum.

• Reservations booked using rewards points, online travel websites such as Expedia or the hotel’s brand website will not count towards your team’s hotel requirement. 

• Local teams are exempt from the hotel requirement*.
