What is the housing requirement?

All non-local teams requiring lodging must stay in a PNQ partner hotel, booked through our official housing partner, THS. Each team must book a minimum of 4 rooms per night.
We are a local team. How do we know if we are exempt from the hotel requirement?

Teams with an official mailing address of 60 miles or more from the tournament site must secure rooms that meet the housing requirement. Teams within the 60 mile radius are exempt from the requirement. Please contact april@pacificnwqualifier.org to confirm local status.
When does housing open?

Housing opens on Thursday, October 3rd at 8:00 AM PST for Week 1, and Friday, October 4th @ 8 am PST for Week 2.

Please note that each team must register through Sportwrench and pay the team entry fee prior to booking hotel rooms. You WILL NOT be able to book rooms until PAYMENT IS RECEIVED! You will not even get the option to book rooms as the software is hooked to the registration and payment system.

Note that ACH payments are not INSTANT like credit card payments, so if you choose to pay via ACH, you need to confirm that it shows you are pending and not UNPAID prior to the housing portal opening.

What if I find a lower hotel rate?

THS guarantees the lowest group rates at our partnered hotels through continual rate integrity checks. If you find a room of the same type (double, king, etc.), on the same dates, with the same included amenities (breakfast, parking, etc.) and with the same team-friendly payment and cancellation terms, please report it to us by completing the Lowest Rate Guarantee Support Form. If confirmed, THS will ensure that your team rate will be reduced to match the rate found. Please note the lowest rate guarantee is only applicable until the contracted cut off date (30 days prior to the tournament start). Once the rooms are released, the hotels are able to sell remaining inventory at rates that are not covered by the program.
Will my credit card be charged at the time of booking?

THS does not require any prepayment at the time of booking however, our hotel partners reserve the right to charge a deposit within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date. The deposit policy varies by hotel and contract. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your reservation to confirm the deposit requirement.
What if I want to stay at a hotel that is not on the Approved Hotel list?

Please contact THS at 888-536-8326 to discuss if the hotel can be added to the list of approved hotels.
Can I earn or use rewards points when booking my reservation?

Yes, you can earn rewards points with your preferred hotel chain when booking through THS. Simply list your hotel rewards number on your reservation when booking and provide it to the hotel upon check in. To book rooms using rewards points please visit your Hotel Rewards Portal. Please note that reservations booked using rewards points cannot be counted toward your team’s housing requirement.

THS is happy to request additional nights for you however, shoulder night requests cannot be guaranteed at the group rate and are subject to hotel availability. Please complete a General Inquiry Form to request the nights you need.
How do I modify my hotel reservation or update the credit card originally used to secure it?

To modify your reservation online, please follow the steps below:

Go to http://www.thsweb.com and click on Book/Manage at the top of the page.

Enter your Reservation Passcode in the "Reservation Passcode" field and click Manage

Make any necessary modifications/updates to your reservation and click the “Update” button
Will there be a charge if I need to modify or cancel my reservation?

THS never charges separate change or cancellation fees however your hotel may charge a fee for reservations cancelled after the advertised deadline. Individual hotel cancellation deadlines/policies are outlined in the details of each hotel listing and can be viewed at the time of booking. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your reservation to verify the deposit requirement and cancelation policy.
I was charged incorrectly by the hotel. What do I do?

Please refer to the terms and conditions of your reservation to reconfirm the deposit requirement and cancelation policy. If you still feel you were incorrectly charged, please complete a Guest Refund Request Form and THS will reach out to the hotel on your behalf to have the charge corrected.
